As a series of businesses, the Laboratory Division is always looking at ways to offer not only top-quality services but also easy-to-use services.
It is with this in mind that we are glad to announce that as of November 1st 2021, all of your laboratory consumable item needs will be able to be fulfilled via the MiLab ordering website.
Many of you will already be familiar with the MiLab ordering site for purchasing reagents and consumables for your point-of-care analytical instruments, but the range of products available is being extended to cover all of the sample pots, blood tubes and other materials you'll typically have been ordering via a separate ordering website.
We hope that by doing this we can make your ordering experience simpler and channelled through a single system rather than two separate systems.
You can already purchase many of the items from the MiLab ordering site at http://www.milabsupplies.com/ and the existing CVS Consumables Ordering site will be de-activated as of November 1st.
For those of you who don’t currently have point-of-care analytical equipment and do not use the MiLab ordering site, please contact Kat James, Business Director (kat.james@milabdiagnostics.co.uk) to create and account and gain your site log-in details.
The only items that the MiLab catalogue will not include are the laboratory-branded courier service bags (and similarly, for those of you where a courier service is unavailable, pre-paid, pre-addressed postal envelopes). Once the CVS Consumables Ordering site has been de-activated, requests for courier bags / pre-paid envelopes should be made by e-mailing cvsorders@finnpathologists.com and confirming your customer code, the items required and the quantity.
